I will always recommend Nail Expressions & Spa. It's a beautiful environment and I have always received great customer service. I see Ashley every few weeks for my manicure. Her precision and attention to detail is admirable and impressive. I always leave happy and confident. I look forward to going every time, I can also always count on Samara at the front desk for the best color recs :) <3

If I could give zero stars I would. Time and time again they have messed up my nails and this time my cousin went to get her nails done and I AM APPALLED! All she wanted was a cute simple set of pink nails to make her day better, and this man looked at her nails, and STILL let her walk out the door with them looking like this… I can confidently say me and her will NEVER EVER be going back here again. Save your money & go to a different salon!

I used to really like this salon and was a consistent customer when I was in high school and lived in town. Now, the only person who does a good job is the owner, Jason. He’s very polite too. However the staff that works underneath him now are mediocre at best. I used to enjoy getting a my nails done here with my mom when I visited home but I will not be returning any longer. I came in for a manicure this past weekend and the lady doing my nails did a terrible job. The color I wanted was practically empty and instead of telling me to pick a new color or opening a new bottle, she kept pouring some sort of clear liquid in it to “make” more polish by thinning it out. It was obvious how terrible it looked on with you clearly seeing air bubbles on the nails and I asked her to fix it and she literally just took off the polish and put it back on with the same technique. This is the worst manicure I’ve gone home with. I could’ve done a better job myself. This was such a waste of my money plus the tip I paid especially because they go ahead and charge you before they start the manicure so you don’t mess up your nails. And the previous time I was here, a different girl made my cuticles bleed on half of my fingers. I’m done giving this salon a chance. It’s no longer as high quality as it was when I lived in town. The only person I can truly recommend here is Jason, the owner. Jerica did my nails and I'm into the third week and they still look great! I explained my problems with color that have a tint of orange and picked out what seemed a neutral color. After she did about 3 nails, she said to take a look and make sure about the color. She knew it wasn't exactly what I wanted and removed it and picked out a perfect one! That was my first time there, but won't be my last!

I needed 2 nails repaired that chipped due to poor application (honestly, this constantly happens and after all the money spent, you want them to last longer than a week (its been 5 days)). For this set, it was my second time returning to fix a nail. I think I waited so long, the owner was hoping I would just leave. After an hour, I honestly didn’t have a choice. I watched as others who came after me were serviced. I even had to endure the gentlemen who initially did my nails be told to service someone else after he approached me to help. I think I’ve just had enough of this place. Of course, they will be fine without my service, but I’d rather go somewhere that provides great service and values their customer.
